NOTICE OF 2024 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING Tuesday 10th September – 7:30pm – Community Hub, Drummore AGENDA 1. Apologies 2. Minutes of the Annual General Meeting of 22nd June 2023 3. Chairperson’s Report 4. Treasurer’s Report & Accounts for the year ended 31st March 2023 5. Caretaker’s Report 6. Health & Safety Report + Fire Safety Report 7. RSPB Report 6. Marketing Report 7. Election of Trustees 8. Any Other Business In accordance with Section 42.2 of the Constitution, two Directors, Dianne James and Harvey Sloan are retiring, and both are immediately eligible for re-election. Members and Directors must be residents of Kirkmaiden Parish in accordance with the Constitution. All welcome to attend.
